Business project “MVR”

Abstract

This FDP has been performed by Maxim Verk and Viktor Raskatov. This business plan projects MVR to be a thriving rental agency that will take advantage of the growing need for short-term and long-term rentals in the gorgeous coastal region of Denia, El Verger, and Oliva Nova in Comunidad Valenciana, Spain. The three areas are all sub divisions of a broad market sector that reaches from the long established tourist centre of Denia to the upmarket beach resort at Oliva Nova. We also have the advantage of being able to reach and serve our key demographics in multiple languages. This plan examines the rental market of the day, including a competitive analysis and rental trends. It provides a description of service portfolio, that is property management, target marketing efforts and meeting all the legal formalities. The plan also provides financial pro forma, revenue projections, and sales approaches. MVR positions itself as a reliable and trustworthy partner for landlords and tenants, has a positive impact on the community and opens the door for foreign visitors to the Region
